The Creation Process
Crafting your custom rug involves multiple stages, including image editing, yarn selection and purchase, canvas tightening, image transfer, tufting, gluing, drying, precise cutting, and secure packaging before it's sent directly to you. Each rug is a testament to my dedication and passion for the craft, ensuring your space is enhanced with comfort, style, and a touch of artistic flair.

Custom Rug/Commissions Order Process
All orders are shipped from Canada via Xpresspost (Except for the keyboard rug, which is shipped with Regular Parcel).
To initiate your order, a 50% DEPOSIT is required upfront. The remaining balance will be settled after the rug is completed. For the keyboard rug, full payment is due upfront.
The production time for a single rug varies from 7 to 25 working days, depending on the size and intricacy of the design. To place your order, please fill out the form. Once I receive your details, your order will be added to my waiting list. Afterward, I will send you an invoice and contact you within 48 hours. At that point, we can discuss the specific design or image you'd like for your custom rug. I will keep you informed throughout the production process, letting you know when I start crafting your rug and, subsequently, when it's ready for shipping. Your deposit secures your place in the production queue, and I will allocate it towards the materials for your custom rug's creation.
